Data Processing

The most important piece of any mailing is the Data used. If your data is not accurate or complete, you will end up wasting valuable time and money on mailing to the wrong clients/prospects. Our Data Process Program will clean and eliminate any incorrect addresses by using our state-of-the-art NCOA & CASS certifying systems. With our software, we are also able to provide all necessary postal pre-sorts, along with producing the tray tags and the postal reports required by the USPS. This Process allows us to guarantee that we will provide you the most comprehensive, up-to-date list available, maximizing postage discounts and savings on your print dollars.

Direct Addressing

Direct Addressing has become the most cost effective way to print name and address fields on all printed mail pieces, replacing the labels of old. Our Mail Shop consists of 4 Top-of-the-line Kodak inkjet printers that produce the highest quality print. With the ability of printing in a variety of formats and with a wide range of fonts, we are able to provide you with more options when addressing your piece.

Tabbing

Tabbing is used to secure mail pieces for maximizing automation postage discounts. We have 4 Tabbing units that run inline with our Direct Addressing systems providing grater production efficiencies. Our Tabbing units can also be used to provide a Live Stamp feature that actually affixes stamps to your mail pieces, such as 1st Class, Standard class and Non-profit stamps.

Inserting

Multi-station inserting systems provide timely, cost effective mailing solutions. We have 4, 6-pocket Bell & Howell Inserters, all with the Capabilities to mechanically insert materials into envelopes sized up to a 6"X9". In addition, we have a 6 pocket 9"X12" inserter for larger jobs.

Folding

Utilizing our 2 high-speed MBO folding machines, we have the ability to fold your materials up to 20"X26" in size.

Accommodating projects like: Gate Fold, Bi-fold, Tri-fold, Right Angel Fold, 16 Page Sig, Perffing and Scoring.

Fulfillment

We understand that not all mailings meet standard automation criteria, so we offer general fulfillment work for your mail jobs weh needed. So, when your special project can't be completed on a machine, we have an experienced staff skilled to perform hand assembly work, from both simple to complex jobs! For example – Credit Card Affixing, Magnet Assembly, Kit Assembly, Wafer Sealing, Magazine Inserts and Custom Package Assembly.

Drop Ship/Delivery

We provide daily delivery to local Tampa and St. Petersburg post offices. For additional postal savings of up to $.04 a piece, we are able to verify out going mail that qualifies for drop shipment to all National Distribution Center (NDC) and Sectional Center Facilities (SCF) insuring postage savings where available on every order.
